Eugenius

A wooden base with glass cover on top. On a metal shrine, a headless christ lies on a small panther-skin. Instead of a head, a small skull, made of human bone is fixed onto an electric motor, spinning it slowly round and round. On the wooden base is marked in gold 'EUGENIUS'. This work is dedicated to a misanthrope.

Wood, metal, glass, plaster, electric motor, mixed media, 93cm x 61cm x 36cm.
Property of the artist.
