Performance art - 19 September 2024 - On Thursday 19 September 2024 I went to the Middelheim Open Air Museum for Sculpture in Wilrijk, Antwerp. Accompanied by photographer Frank Pinckers I hid eight 'Performance Sculptures' at different locations in the park. Along the large collection of the museum the current exhibition was 'Come Closer' where "the space between sculpture and performance art is explored." I am not involved in this exhibition. These eight 'Performance Sculptures' are miniature 3D prints depicting performances I did between 1980 and 2009. Visitors are challenged to find the 'Performance Sculptures' and take them home.
