The measurements correspond with those of Lot 66 of the J. E. Taylor sale Christie's 5 July 1912, which is decribed in the catalogue as 'Lausanne: a View of the Town and Cathedral: Evening Light', and this drawing may possibly be identified with that. The sheet is probably a page from one of the broken-up roll sketchbooks of Swiss subjects, T.B.CCXXXII, etc.
